You may use any way to contact CAEE that you like, although email gives you the greatest flexibility to initiate the contact at your convenience regardless of time differences and office hours.

There are a number of different ways of getting in touch with us. If you are in Austin, you are welcome to come by the departmental office, Ernest Cockrell, Jr. Hall (ECJ) 4.200; our main office hours (Austin is in the Central time zone) are Monday-Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed for lunch from 12:00-1:00). Departments at The University of Texas at Austin generally are headed up by a faculty member who, with administrative support, serves as chair. Graduate and undergraduate programs each have their own faculty advisor and staff coordinator, who can help with admission, registration, and other program information and requirements.
