The Workshop will be held at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center. Accommodation at a preferred rate of $159/night is available at the AT&T Center. The Center is well located to have full access to both the University of Texas and downtown Austin. Guests will have full access to the Center facilities -- see (http://www.meetattexas.com/) for more information. Note that the AT&T Center has limited parking available at a daily rate of  $14. Guests are encouraged to take on of the airport shuttles (http://www.meetattexas.com/hotel-information.html#airport) or the Cap Metro Airport Flyer bus that stops one block from the hotel (stop 2 on the map: http://www.capmetro.org/riding/current_schedules/maps/rt100_sb.pdf).

Student accomomodations: The AT&T Center has a number of double rooms available at the preferred rate. Sharing a room is possible; student registrants are encouraged to look to share with colleagues from their University. We can help facilitate sharing matchups - please contact us and we will add you to a list of those looking to share.

Abstract Submission

The abstract should be about 150 words long; it must never exceed one page or contain artwork.

The abstract should present a concise statement of the scope, principal findings, and conclusions of the paper.

Copyright

Before ASCE publishes any materials, the copyright ownership must be clear, and except in a few special cases, transferred to ASCE. The transfer is done through a Copyright Transfer Agreement. Additional information on copyright transfer is available on the ASCE website.
