Mapping to STAFF from Home

1. Go to the BevoWare website https://www.utexas.edu/its/bevoware and click on Utilities
2. Download Cisco Systems VPN Client 4.8.00.0440 K9
3. Open the client and click on connect. Enter UTEID and password



4. Click on Start and then ‘My Network Places’. Right click to select Map Network Drive
5. Please note:  You do not need to modify the drive field.  This is automatically assigned for you. Leaving the default value is fine.
6. You can check the "Reconnect at logon" box if this is your office PC.
7. FOR STAFF: Under the Folder tab.



8. IMPORTANT - Click on ‘Connect using a different user name’ .
   
9. Click OK then Finish.
10. Click on folder with the same first letter as your username. Click on your username.
