Mapping to STU/CLASS from Home - VPN required

You must first go to the BevoWare website https://www.utexas.edu/its/bevoware and download and install the Cisco Systems VPN Client.

When ready to map
1. Open the VPN client and click on Connect. Enter your UTEID and password. The VPN cient box will disappear once the connection has been established.

2. Click on Start and then ‘My Network Places’. Right click to select Map Network Drive
Please note:   You do not need to modify the drive field.  This is automatically assigned for you. Leaving the default value is fine.
3. Check the "Reconnect at logon" box if you connect often..
4. FOR STU Folder: Under the Folder tab enter \\146.6.89.37\stu
For CLASS Folder : Under the Folder tab enter \\146.6.89.140\central\class

5. IMPORTANT - Click on ‘Connect using a different user name’

6. Click on OK then Finish.
7. Click on folder with the same first letter as your username. Click on your username.

** Be sure to disconnect the VPN client when done **
