The proctors are the first source of information for LRC users. Proctors are available during open lab hours in the proctor area. They can assist you in problems related to profiles, printers, login IDs, etc. If the Proctors are unable to find a solution to your problem, they will refer you to one of our staff members. It is therefore suggested that LRC users use Proctors as a primary source assistance. LRC proctor area phone number is 512-471- 4877 or 471- ITSS.
