Reservations

  • Open access to the LRC Lab is emphasized; therefore, reservations of computer classrooms will be limited.
  • All reservation requests for LRC Computer Rooms should be made weeks if not months prior to the desired reservation time and personally coordinated with Danny Quiroz. Special software licensing, configuration, display equipment or multimedia console issues should be addressed at this time.
  • The LRC will adhere to the Open Access Policy. A limited amount of reserved classroom time will be allowed. Use of multimedia equipment in classrooms is encouraged and reservation of LRC computer classrooms is highly discouraged.
  • CE 301 and CE 311K have limited access to ECJ 3.302.
  • ARE 217 labs are held in the ECJ 5.408.
  • All other classes will generally be encouraged to make use of portable equipment within the classrooms.
  • Classrooms will not be reserved exclusively, unless all resources are utilized. Therefore other students will have access to machines not being used.
