Bio
Daene McKinney is a professor emeritus in the Fariborz Maseeh Department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin. His research interests include the sustainable management of water resources, particularly the challenges of water security in high-mountain glaciated basins, as well as the integration of engineering, economic, environmental and political considerations in transboundary basins.
