I am a professor in the Environmental and Water Resources Engineering program of the Department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin. My research interests are in the area of sustainable management of water resources, especially the integration of engineering, economic, environmental and political considerations in transboundary basins.
