Degree Plans

Effective spring 2016, major sequence will be eliminated regardless of catalog designation. As a result, enrollment in engineering courses will depend solely on the successful completion of course prerequisites. In response to this policy change, many course prerequisites have been adjusted. All students, regardless of catalog designation, should use the following prerequisite flowcharts and elective guides to ensure proper knowledge of new prerequisites.

The catalog degree plan is the list of required courses, however, the arrangement of core curriculum and other required technical courses often differ for each student. Almost every undergraduate student in our program will have a different route to graduation. The suggested course arrangements below are only meant to give an overall picture of what courses are required for the degree.
