Bio
Othman Oudghiri-Idrissi joined the Fariborz Maseeh Department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering in 2024. His work focuses on space engineering, specifically designing in-space manufacturable structures such as solar arrays, antennas and optical systems. Oudghiri-Idrissi also has expertise in mechanical metamaterials, homogenization, waves in complex media, inverse problems and non-destructive evaluation. He received his Ph.D. in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, in 2022.
