I graduated with from the Civil Engineering Department at the University of Texas at Austin in May 1991. I then graduated with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a Environmental and Water Resources Engineering specialization in December 1997. My two advising professors were Dr. McKinney and Dr. David Maidment.

While I was here, I was the Teacher's Assistant for CE397: Geographic Information Systems in Water Resources and CE311K: Introduction to Computer Methods. I made 7 exercises on Web Design for CE311K for anyone who is just starting out on html programing and who wants to learn how to use Netscape Editor, Microsoft Editor, frames, animated pictures, clickable maps, and making forms.

I was also a research assistant at the Center for Research in Water Resources at the Pickle Research Center. While at the CRWR,  I worked on the Digital Atlas of the World Water Balance CD ROM.   I helped write an exercise on Surface Water Simulation Model for the Souss Basin.  I also helped to write a paper on the Water Balance of the Niger River Basin in West Africa.

My thesis was about water rights in the Aral Sea basin. I did a semester project about water rights on the Tigris and Euphrates River, Southeastern Anatolian Project (GAP) . I took Dr. Maidment's Spatial Hydrology Seminar where I attempted to learn and write ArcView Avenue scripts. I have a Hooks page where I have great hooks to research pages like the UN or ERBD, and also to fun pages.

I have finished my MBA in IT, Strategy and Innovation at Theseus Institute in Sophia-Antipolis, France. Sophia-Antipolis is known as Telecom Valley in Europe.
Please send me an email if you have any questions or comments.
