The undergraduate Architectural Engineering Curriculum and Catalog degree plan at The University of Texas at Austin are reviewed and may be revised every two years. When a student is admitted to the University and to the Architectural Engineering major, the University Catalog’s degree plan in effect at that time becomes a contract between the student, the department, and the University. That catalog's degree plan remains in effect for the student, even when a new catalog and revised degree plan have been published. However, the student can elect to change to a more recent catalog’ s degree plan. The student may not change to an earlier catalog’s degree plan.
