| The Transportation Engineering program at the University of Texas at Austin is constantly busy with activities and events. Whether it is distinguished speakers coming to share their insight with the graduate students or volunteering for Habitat for Humanity or getting together for the monthly ITE Happy Hour, everyone can find things to get involved in outside of the classroom. The main activities and organizations for the department are outlined below. |

Intelligent Transportation Society (ITS) Student Chapter Both student groups are organized and operated by graduate and undergraduate students under the supervision of the professors in the transportation department.
