Raissa Ferron and Salvatore Salamone have been promoted to full professor beginning in Fall 2024.
Dr. Raissa Ferron is a professor in Infrastructure Materials Engineering. She studies cement-based structure, focusing on the areas of the smart concrete, rheology, processing and fresh state micro/nano-structural characterization of cement-based materials.
Dr. Salvatore Salamone specializes in Structural Engineering. His Lab, Smart Structures Research Laboratory, focuses on studying the health and safety of civil structures.
